Returns

If a customer wishes to return a purchased storage container, the customer must contact Seatrains, Inc. within 14 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process. Returns will only be accepted for storage containers that are in the same condition as when they were sold, with no modifications or alterations made by the customer. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping, transportation, and handling fees. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned storage container, Seatrains, Inc. will issue a refund for the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees or charges.

Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange a purchased storage container for another storage container of equal or greater value, the customer must contact Seatrains, Inc. within 14 days of the purchase date to initiate the exchange process. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including any price differences between the original and exchanged storage containers, as well as shipping, transportation, and handling fees. The exchanged storage container must be in the same condition as when it was sold, with no modifications or alterations made by the customer.

Rental Returns

If a customer wishes to return a rented storage container, the customer must contact Seatrains, Inc. at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date to initiate the return process. The rented storage container must be in the same condition as when it was rented, with no damages beyond normal wear and tear. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return, including transportation, handling, and any applicable rental fees. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned storage container, Seatrains, Inc. will terminate the rental agreement and issue any applicable refunds for prepaid rental fees, minus any applicable fees or charges.

Inspection and Restocking Fees

Seatrains, Inc. reserves the right to charge inspection and restocking fees for returned or exchanged storage containers that require additional inspection, cleaning, or restocking efforts. These fees will be deducted from the refund or exchange value and will be determined at the discretion of Seatrains, Inc. based on the condition of the returned or exchanged storage container.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a purchased or rented storage container is received by the customer in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify Seatrains, Inc. immediately upon receipt and provide supporting documentation, such as photographs or written descriptions of the damages or defects. Seatrains, Inc. will work with the customer to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner, which may include repairing or replacing the storage container, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized storage containers or storage containers that have been modified or altered by the customer, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the storage container upon receipt or pick-up and report any damages or defects to Seatrains, Inc. immediately. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the storage container is used and maintained in a proper and safe manner during the rental period or after the purchase.

Amendments and Modifications

Seatrains, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend the Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Returns & Exchanges Policy will be effective upon posting on Seatrains, Inc.'s website or other means of communication.
